何謂 ERP？
ERP為「Enterprise Resource
Planning」的縮寫，中文名稱為「企業資源規劃系統」。
它能夠整合企業的生產、銷售、人資、研發、與財務等部門，進而帶領整個企業實現資料電腦化、流程自動化、以及資訊及時化，共同打造企業管理的完整性並縮短反應市場的時間與減少可能的人為疏失，使企業運作更順暢。
何謂 CRM？
CRM為「Customer Relationship Management」的縮寫，中文名稱為「顧客關係管理」
，乃是企業組織用來收集與顧客維持聯繫的所有資訊。藉由建立和維持與客戶的關係，來強化顧客的忠誠度與黏著性。
何謂 8D問題解決法 ?
8D是一種運用團隊、有步驟性地解決問題的工具，通常是客戶所抱怨的問題要求公司分析，並提出永久解決及改善的方法，作業完成時輸出8D報告，由於共有8個階段，���8個Discipline定義，故簡稱8D或8D
Report。經常被品保單位運用於客訴回覆依據。項目包括：
Discipline 0. Prepare for the 8D Process
行前準備：判斷是否適用以8D程序來解決問題。
Discipline 1. Establish the Team
成立小組：通常是跨功能性的，由相關人員組成。
Discipline 2. Describe the Problem
描述問題：使用顧客術語定義問題，並利用5W1H方式將問題定義並收集問題資料。
Discipline 3. Interim Containment Action(s)
臨時對策：顧客無法接受缺失就需要採取暫時遏止行動。
Discipline 4. Define and Verify Root Cause and Escape Point
真因調查：依據D2，針對每一可能原因進行檢討測試以界定根本問題。
Discipline 5. Define and Verify Permanent Corrective Actions
擬定永久對策：採取可消除真因的最佳永久對策。
Discipline 6. Implement and Validate Permanent Corrective Actions
執行永久對策：執行永久對策並確認執行效果。
Discipline 7. Prevent Recurrence
防止再發：採取預防措施以預防相似問題或系統問題不會再度發生。
Discipline 8. Recognize Team and Individual Contributions
肯定團隊與個人貢獻：對團隊努力表達肯定，並完成8D報告。
